VAT will be added at the checkout stage of the ordering process Prices are exclusive of shipping costs which are also added at the checkout stage. (See the 'Shipping Options' page for more details) Minimum Order As our products are sold in packs, the minimum order is one pack. If you are interested in an item but in a different sized pack, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to arrange this for you. In most cases, we have a minimum of 12 items per pack. Payment We only accept payment through Paypal. Privacy Policy We do not store credit card details or share customer details with any third parties. Image Colours We do our very best to find the highest quality photos of the products that we provide. However, on occasions the image colours may look slightly different due to the technology used to access it. Pack Breakdowns Whilst every effort is made to make sure the size breakdown of a pack is as listed, occasionly there may be slight differences. If there is an extreme case of this, we will check with you that we are still to continue with the order. Accepting orders and security We will be entitled to refuse to accept an order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will contact you as soon as we can, to let you know. When you receive your e-mail confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check the details. Under no circumstances will we accept an order through the website, if full payment has not been made. Delivery Our deliveries are contracted to outside couriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays). Our UK deliveries are shipped by Parcelforce. (See the 'Shipping Options' page for more details). All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery. Cancellations/Refunds We offer a cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights. Should your purchase disappoint in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 10 days after receiving your goods. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. It should be returned with the original box/packing. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. Shortages And Faulty or Damaged Stock Goods should be inspected by the customer upon delivery. The company will not be liable for the shortages, faulty or damaged goods unless notified within 10 days of the receipt of the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your goods and we will inform you on the procedure to take. Legal Sales on this website are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. |
